Packaging Procedure in Our Factory

Preparation After Production
Preparation After Production

After production and passing inspections, the doors are transferred to the packaging area. The first step is to prepare the cartons by placing a layer of foam plastic at the bottom. This protects the door panels from impact or scratches during transport.

Individual Panel Protection
Individual Panel Protection

Each panel is wrapped individually before being place into the carton. We use soft EPE foam sheets and air bubble film around every panel. This extra layer of protection prevents rubbing or surface damage while the door panels are being stacked inside the box.

Top Foam Layer

After all door panels are safely inside, another layer of foam plastic is placed on top. This ensures that the entire contents are cushioned evenly and that there is minimal movement inside the carton during handling and shipping.

Labeling and Order identification
Labeling and Order Identification

Each carton is clearly marked with the customer’s contract number and product name. This label is added before shipment so that orders are easy to track, organize, and deliver.

Special Care for Fragile Items
Special Care for Fragile Items

We pack fragile items such as glass into cartons reinforced with wooden frames. The wooden frame adds strength and prevents potential breakage during loading and transport.

Seaworthy Packing
Seaworthy Packing

After internal packaging and labelling, the cartons are packed in a strong, seaworthy outer layer. This is designed to withstand rough conditions during international or long-distance transport.

External Binding
External Binding

When wooden frames are not used, the cartons are bound externally with rope. This helps secure the package tightly and adds additional stability to the carton during shipment.

Storage Before Shipment

The fully packaged cartons are moved to the warehouse and stored in a dedicated area while they wait to be shipped out to customers or forwarders.
