For fire-rated and acoustic doors, we follow tested structures. Materials, thickness, and assembly methods are strictly controlled to match certified designs. This ensures the door remains consistent with test results.

Each door is checked for size accuracy, flatness, edge quality, and surface finish. We check the color consistency, smoothness, and more. These details affect both installation and final presentation.

We inspect every hinge, lock, and hardware position. Proper machining allows smooth installation and reliable operation after the door is installed on-site.

Every door goes through final inspection before packing. We confirm product specifications, quantity, and appearance according to your order requirements.
